Support Groups

Having a child with any type of special needs can be challenging. Participating in support groups can help you sort through the confusion and give all parties a safe place to express fears and frustrations involved in the bureaucracy of finding the right kind of help that is needed at a specific time in your life.

This is also a wonderful platform to share information on past and present experiences that can be beneficial for others to hear.

We currently offer 4 group meetings to address our clients needs. If you would like to participate, please contact our office for dates and times:

Group 1

Parents and guardians of children with special needs.

Group 2

Siblings and other family members to better understand how to deal with all of the issues that arise in a special needs household.

Group 3

  Adults with learning differences.

Group 4

Young adults with learning differences (Ages 12-18).

Group 5

Educational workshops with specific topic of interest and guest speakers.

If you would like to host your own support group that helps families in need and would like more information about our facility, please contact the office via This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by phone (831) 649-1010
